Manufacturer's Warranty

All MotoM products are covered by an Olympia Lighting Fixtures Industries Limited warranty for 12 months from the date of original purchase.

If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller immediately to launch a warranty claim.

Please Note

Proof of original purchase may be required to launch warranty claim.

The following are excluded from Olympia‘s warranty coverage:

*Devices purchased as 2nd hand or used items

*Devices purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors

*Damage resulting from misuse and abusive action

*Damage resulting from chemical, fire, radioactive substance or 　

poisonous liquid

*Damage resulting from a natural disaster

*Damage caused to any 3rd party/person/object

We‘re only able to provide after-sales services for purchases made directly from MotoM Lighting UK. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them for any exchange or refund requests. Our UK Customer support services are located in Glasgow. Please contact us directly via email on support@motom-uk.com and we will be happy to assist.
